The truth is the perfect body doesn’t exist, it’s not suppose to, have you ever been close to something perfect?
I believe all women are beautiful and I believe all men well to be honest men aren’t really judge based on what they look like, they just need to get their money right eh?
The fact is people and Society will always have their idea of what the perfect body is supposed to look like. I can only do what’s right for me and what feels good to me and I suggest you do the same. I don’t let people tell me how I should look or what I should do with myself, or what’s appropriate or whats inappropriate I just try not to offend anybody.
Sometimes girls try to be mean and say things to offend me about my body but I believe offending another woman’s body just proves how insecure you are with your own body. Calling me skinny or saying my breasts are invisible, or I have a boy’s body like really? Give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar and my name aint Caesar and that shit aint mine, so what are you gonna do with it. I would never tell a fat girl she’s fat, never ever, I don’t believe in offending people like that. People can say what they want about me but I don’t offend people or engage in gossip or slander, watch every episode of The Lauren O Lauren Show I don’t tear anyone down unless it’s a certified Celebrity who will never know I exist.
I have lost a couple of pounds because I didn’t think the weight I gained looked good on me I gain weight in odd places that don’t complement my body. Yes my ass gets huge but so does my belly and my things and my hips they never get bigger and I desperately want big hips. So that’s why decided to drop a few pounds I didn’t think my body was synchronized. To lose the excess weight i gained, I didn’t do anything over the top I made a few simple changes and they were very effective. I only drink water I cut sodas and juices out of my diet I don’t even buy them at the super market, I keep nothing but water in my fridge. I started eating smaller portions and cut down on meat, got my protein else where. I’m so used to eating smaller portions that when I eat too much i get sick and I have stayed away from rice and bread. I work out for 15 to 20 minutes 4 to 5 times a week, If I eat late I do not go to sleep i must be going out,to aim is to keep my body active after every meal. Sometimes I substitute a meal with a shake from Wendy’s they have awesome shakes.
The changes are small but they helped me a lot, if you want something you will work towards it. Getting the body you want doesn’t happen in a day you have to work towards it but it is possible. You won’t have the perfect magazine body but you’ll be happy. To all my sisters out there struggling with weight issues whether it be weight loss or weight gain, I’ve been on both sides of that fence. You’ll get there don’t ever give up.
Perfect does not exist but happiness does.
