I have my insecurities just like everyone else, we all have highs and lows that’s what makes us human. Sometimes staying calm is just a statement, it’s hard to do in certain situations, especially when others challenge the rights we have to be individuals. When somebody deceives you and tricks you into thinking one way for no real reason, but their own personal amusement. Times like those you can’t stay calm, you have to blow up or in your own way let them know how you feel, I call it relapsing. If you’re on a Self Discovery/Self Love journey like I am, it can be hard to keep calm at times. Yeah you woke up, did your yoga, wrote in your prayer-book and read a few chapters from your favorite self-help book. Then it happens somebody who you’ve never met, thinks they can tell you how to live your life, you Blow Up, you relapse, it’s ok.
The world is in such a weird place that what happens yesterday hardly matters today. However sometimes we ourselves find it hard to leave the pass where it is, it haunts us. A Once cheerful memory becomes a recurring nightmare. You wonder how you can forget it and leave it behind you. Stop talking about it, stay away from those who will listen to you dig up the past. You don’t need to keep talking about it, I have discovered the best way to get over something especially when people keep bringing it up, cause lets face it Bitches will be bitches, is this I either act like I have no idea what they are talking about, or I say something really nice about the person or situation. Take that you evil, nosey bitch.
In your Journey to Self love and a brand new you, you will be calm, then you will relapse and learn to leave your pass behind you.
